Pay for Premium with Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express using Google Checkout

For those of you who wish to pay for a premium membership with a credit card, we've streamlined the process. Now, from the premium membership page, select the Google checkout option to pay using a credit card using Google. The interface is simpler to use. We also now take American Express. We still accept payments via Paypal as well.
